The Story Behind the Strategy
20+ Years of Managing Digital Moving Parts.
I’ve been managing large, complex websites with lots of moving parts and multiple content creation teams for more than 20 years. I specialize in providing the deep oversight, cross-functional communication, and technical coordination required to ensure your web projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
My goal has always the same: to deliver unified site experiences that meet your business objectives while performing flawlessly across modern SEO/GEO standards, accessibility requirements, and component layouts.
My Journey: From Print to Digital Innovation
Every great website tells a story, and mine began in print. I started my career as a print magazine editor at Bentley Systems. As my career grew across various marketing programs, I was eventually handed the keys to manage a web publication—and I was instantly hooked. The fast-paced, evolving nature of digital media became my passion.
For years, I self-taught the emerging technical systems of the web, driven by pure curiosity.
When I joined the team at SEI, my path to learning broke wide open. Immersed in a culture that encouraged deep exploration, I dove headfirst into every facet of the digital ecosystem. Over my career, I’ve mastered and deployed strategies across:
Content Architecture: Metadata, corporate communications, taxonomy, tagging, and UX principles.
Technical Optimization: Advanced SEO, modern GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), usability, and accessibility compliance.
Project Delivery: Agile frameworks, ticketing environments, change management, and workflow design.
Today, I’m actively applying that same lifelong curiosity to learning how to use AI tools effectively to optimize modern publishing workflows. The digital publishing community is filled with passionate, brilliant people, and I love being right in the middle of it.
Beyond the Screen: A Human Approach to Tech
I thrive when collaborating with smart, enthusiastic teams. The compliments I receive most often from my clients and colleagues are that I am warm, friendly, deeply professional, and exceptionally effective. I don't just manage data; I support the people creating it.
I live in Southeastern Pennsylvania, where I love recharging my own battery by spending time in nature. Guided by the same desire to create harmony and help others that I bring to my digital work, I also practice Reiki and other holistic healing modalities. In my personal life, you can usually find me exploring art, diving into great literature, or studying Feng Shui.
